Service Manager Employee Portal Browser Configuration

To use the Service Manager Employee Portal your browser must have both Javascript and Cookies enabled. The following instructions demonstrate how to enable Javascript and Cookies for Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6 (IE6).


Enabling Javascript
  1. From the Tools Menu select Internet Options. Select Intranet from the available web content zones.



  2. Click the Custom Level... button and scroll down the list of Security Settings to the Scripting section. Ensure that Active Scripting is enabled. Click the Ok button





Enabling Cookies
  1. From the Tools Menu select Internet Options



  2. On the Privacy tab move the slider to Medium and click the Ok button.
